Mr. Mills

Mr. Mills ran away from home to join the circus, then he ran away from the circus to join Capt. McCarty and his jolly crew. He was a star Juggler in his circus days, and when McCarty discovered him adeptly tossing turnips in the ship's galley, he immediately found a better job for him. Mr. Mills is now Grenadier-In-Chief and instead of hurling crab apples aloft for the crew's amusment, he now pitches little clay pots of gunpowder at anybody who laughs at his funny hat.
